First participant enrolled in CHU UCL Namur

On 20 April, CHU UCL Namur enrolled its first patient in the IN-SPIRED study. With their first enrolment, the hospital joins the growing group of study centres that have recently begun participating in the study. This will enable sufficient participants to be recruited, to evaluate the impact of respiratory muscle training following a severe COPD exacerbation.
